What a great office and what a great doctor. Dr. Burks and his staff meet the highest standards of all the professionals I have dealt with in theh past. Everyone is friendly and helpful, making sure all of your questions are answered. Dr. Burks gives you his full attention and explains everything in detail, making sure you know what the plan is and how things are going. I'm two weeks out on my second eye, 4 out from the first and could not be happier. Don't need glasses anymore and back to playing my music!
To start, I highly recommend Dr. Burks! He was referred to me by a family member. Outstanding staff, very friendly and very helpful! Any questions I've had, even concerns I had, they were very reassuring and were able to answer any questions I had. Do yourself a favor and find a new office unless you like waiting an hour or longer in the waiting room- Very Nasty manager very vindictive. Two other patients left since they waited in the waiting room 1 1/2 hours before being initially brought back. No regard for patients time.
Dr Gailitis and his staff are so amazing. They were all so patient and answered all my questions in a clear and professional manner. I am so ecstatic with the my new vision and will recommend Dr Gailitis to everyone! I can see clearly now!!! Pun intended.... Thanks
