Dr Burks and his staff are phenomenal! On time for my appointments & great care for the Glaucoma he diagnosed me with. He takes the time to explain everything & I am so glad I found this office!
This office only cares whether you’re getting or can get lasik surgery! Followed my ophthalmologist after 25 years to this office and am so disappointed with all of their restrictions. Can’t give you your optical prescription because they only want lasik patients. After changing and rescheduling my appointments well within the 24 hour cancellation policy, received a bill for $50 for “excessive” cancellations, 3 times in a year! Who does that!! Will never trust them with my eyes again.
Dr. Rubin is outstanding! I followed her here from another location. The staff, however, is not. I’ve never been seen on-time, or in-fact, within 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. I’d understand an occasional tardiness, but this is habitual! If not for Dr. Rubin’s excellent care, I’d find another physician based on the staff’s behavior.
What a great office and what a great doctor. Dr. Burks and his staff meet the highest standards of all the professionals I have dealt with in theh past. Everyone is friendly and helpful, making sure all of your questions are answered. Dr. Burks gives you his full attention and explains everything in detail, making sure you know what the plan is and how things are going. I'm two weeks out on my second eye, 4 out from the first and could not be happier. Don't need glasses anymore and back to playing my music!
To start, I highly recommend Dr. Burks! He was referred to me by a family member. Outstanding staff, very friendly and very helpful! Any questions I've had, even concerns I had, they were very reassuring and were able to answer any questions I had.
