I hadn't visited OCLI in awhile due to my personal delays. Dr. Bhatt was a pleasure as my new doctor and I'm so happy that she is involved. Everyone at Meriden is so nice and happy to answer questions. Thank you!
The lasik surgery consultation was a positive experience. There were some challenges leading up to the surgery; primarily poor communication from the surgery coordinator. I shared more specific feedback with her. At the end of the day, getting the surgery done was worth it.
Right as I came in there were 2 staff members greeting each other good morning and they were so sweet. This was my 1st time there and they welcomed me like I was family or another co worker. It was very nice seeing people love their jobs and who they work with. This world is the complete opposite. My doctor was just the same as who I was with before.
