Respectful staff. Great service
I can’t say enough great things about this place. I’m so happy and blessed my procedure went well. 3 weeks post op and I can’t believe I see the world clear without glasses or contacts, it’s great! Honestly everyone was so friendly and honest, deff recommend this place.
My experience at the OCLI Meriden has been nothing short of a nightmare. They overbook appointments making it look like a cattle call. They even have a red line to follow in their office. While the support staff was nice the doctor was rude and did not even look or talk to me I actually walked out and left without receiving services. Imagine my surprise at getting a bill 4 weeks later for $975 and they never billed Medicare or Tricare. I called the Meriden office and left several messages but never received a call back.
