Worst Valuator in perth! called us to schedule a visit at 9am, I called at 10am and he still hasnt come, if I didnt ask he wouldnt tell me he will be late, he then told me that it will be 11am and guess what he came at 1130! wasted our time only to give us a very low value 640k at January when we already had $650k and $680k last December. The bank told them our recent property value and yet they gave us a very low valuation! Never let this company valuate your property, its a waste of time!
