Low valuation,with zero explanation as to how that figure was reached.A 4 and 2 compared to 3 and 1 and no recent sales in the vicinity. Lucky to spend 10 minutes. 2nd visit in a week for 2 different banks and no doubt will charge considerable $$$ for poor judgement. Stay clear!
Great service, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff - communication was great.
This company came and valued our property for our bank, we have small acreage just out of town. Spent less then 10 minutes here and said it should be done by the end of the day ( my bank said it usually takes 24 to 48 hours ) it took 4 days. So many mistakes its not funny, our house is double brick and they said "brick veneer", our house has a colourbond roof and they said "concrete roof tiles", our house is connected to mains water and doesn't have a water tank in sight and they said "multiple water tanks and bore" and the ... read more
Will never use this company again. Undervaluing property way below the market value. Will destroy your equity and limiting your capacity. No knowledge about the local real estate. Don't waste your time and money. Find other valuers.
