Great exam. Everything was the right balance between efficiency and not feeling rushed. I was able to ask all the questions and get thoughtful answers. Front desk team was lovely. My daughter also enjoyed the visit because of the great collection of toys in the waiting room. One last thing, it’s not normally something I bring up when it comes to reviewing a Dr but the interior design was impeccable I loved the place on the spot just for that.
I could not have asked for a better 1st time experience. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Dr.Sabin was professional, very informative on my specific concerns and highly transparent. He did not try to aggressively up charge me for unnecessary treatments I did not need which seems to be common practice now for just about anywhere you go. I would highly recommend to anybody!
Very thorough Dr and friendly, I went there today with an issue from my lasik and he figured it out and helped me.
I have been going to this eye doctor for years, today I needed to see him about an issue. Upon arrival I was met with disdain and a request to fill out a basic patient form, when I explained that I came there every year the receptionist was highly dismissive and said it was a year ago. So, I filled out the form. Then she asked me if I had insurance and she snidely replied that my insurance was from 3 years ago.
