Debra Opri threatened me on eBay because I sent a punch bowl that may have broken in the mail. Because it arrived broken, Debra called it fraud. How is that fraud? Regardless it was insured and well packaged, Debra is refusing to file a USPS and instead wants me to send her another $85 for shipping it back. Item she photo and video was missing most of the packing material and the bowl looked much different than the one I sent. All this for a $100 punch bowl. I found my experience working with Debra incredibly insightful and easy! She helped me with a few things before getting married and as someone who was a bit clueless about some of it, she made the entire process worry-free and seamless.
