Debra Opri threatened me on eBay because I sent a punch bowl that may have broken in the mail. Because it arrived broken, Debra called it fraud. How is that fraud? Regardless it was insured and well packaged, Debra is refusing to file a USPS and instead wants me to send her another $85 for shipping it back.
