Called in with some issues while on our travels. The work and parts were done by another opposite lock dealer. The staff and manager couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend the store and the chain. Thanks guys.

Booked in for installation of dashcam, received a prompt the day before to confirm booking, which I confirmed (1200 midday), arrived early sat and waited, noticed after an hour car was in same parked position. On enquiry I was told that apparently it was the installers lunchbreak! Why book in a customer who was waiting,why not book appointment for a time which doesn't inconvenience the customer, very poor organisation !!!!
First and last time using Opposite lock! Overpriced and unacceptable quality of workmanship when I had my vehicle in here to get some work done. I’d also suggest the bloke behind the counter needs some customer service training if they want customers to return.
