RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! - This title company left a transaction sitting desolate for OVER 2 1/2 years and never bothered to contact the buyer & seller. They have demonstrated nothing but GROSS NEGLIGENCE, and then proceeded to state that they do not have the ability to close any type of complex transaction. When follow-up was made their attorney Will and escrow officer Barbara claimed that a few phone calls and emails was inappropriate when yet they left documents sitting for over several years. BE WARE!
