I absolutely love working for my residents. They make each day/night an adventure. My coworkers are a great group of people. It does take a special person to do this work. The residents deserve the best.
OHI is one of the most rewarding jobs I could ever have! The connection and relationships you have with each and ever resident is awesome! Staff and residents are like a second family to me. I couldn't imaging working anywhere else. Hence, the reason I came back to work for them after being gone 3 months! I honestly cannot see myself anywhere else. I worked there about 20 years ago, loved the residents, there individual personality was the best. Not one day was ever the same. It was a great pleasure for me to serve them.
