Definitely not client-centered! Multiple layers of gatekeepers block clients from receiving services and very little effort goes into taking responsibility for problems. Cannot recommend to anyone who expects accurate, efficient and courteous loan servicing.
First Community Bank in Helena MT was bought out by Opportunity Bank in MT. The merge of my account was a bit of a challenge for the call team that were helping the merge. On the second day I had a team leader who informed me the Title on the top of my account was to long. She requested I go to my local branch. That was impossible as I live on the east coast.
