Terrible. Glen was awesome, but impossible to get in touch with the landlords. We had a fridge that was broken for 7 weeks because they were too incompetent to fix it. Please save yourself and do not rent from these terrible slumlords.

If you’re trying to decide which house to lease, between two houses, one being Oppenheimer the other being another company, go with the other.
Rented from them a few years ago. They were rude as heck on the phone, talked about tenants, and only cared about nickeling and diming people. One year was enough for me.
