My name was listed in a lawsuit against counterfeit textbook distributors importing massive amounts of copyright infringing books from India. I am not one of those distributors. The company hasn’t done its due diligence in identifying Doe Defendants, which is literally their job to do. If they had at all made an effort instead of this very obvious money grab, they would have quickly cleared my name from the list of defendants.
Stop going after sellers who are trying to sell their old college books. What a disgrace what you are doing!!!!
Has anyone been sued by this business? Please contact me at jenniferwaltermorgan@gmail we were suied and interested in all the people saying it's fake and a scam need info please. My phone is two six zero four four six , two one one eight. I am still paying them a monthly settlement fee and they are cashing my checks.
