They were always great with us!
Always reliable and conserned about any type of troubles...I've been with this company for over 15 years, and I always recommend them to my family and friends.
First year ordering water to fill the pool and we have nothing but nice things to say. The experience was made fun for our kiddos and they have given us more then enough time for payment (I have to call them tomorrow actually) the water was great the delivery man was patient with the kids running around asking to help and play in the water. I’m hoping this will be a new summer tradition using this company to start our summer off right 😎
Billing service they use is terrible, getting finance charges while on budget plan. Checks cashed 2-3 weeks after they'd been mailed. Supposed to be on auto delivery service, they let us run out and said someone would come first thing the next day. Ended up being 1130.Pick another fuel oil supply company. Waited a year to let us know they didn't offer service contracts anymore. I called 3 times that year and never got a return call
Called two weeks ago to ask about lead time for water delivery. He said just call him 3-4 days ahead of time. Called today to schedule for next Thursday since the liner will be installed that day, and now says he is booked till June, and that it happens every spring. If that is the case, why didn’t he mention that two weeks ago? We could’ve scheduled it..now I’m stuck and will probably have to reschedule the liner install by a month.
