I’m not sure if the shop is under new management, but my most recent experience was very different from my previous visits. I didn’t see Ben or Nancy, and although the new employee who assisted me was very kind, unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with how my nails turned out. My nails are noticeably different lengths and shapes—some are square, some round, and others oval. Had to come and update this review. I dropped a star. I'm fairly new to the experience of getting pedicures, but this store didn't make the cut. During the day of my service, there was a verbal altercation between staff and a customer over pricing. Granted it seemed like it was over a miscommunication, but it was a very comfortable thing to experience and I almost walked out. The staff remained kind after that for my service, but they felt the need to plead their case and try to get me to agree they were in the right. The se... read more
