Always great service and great food
I am fan of Oporto since 2008 and never had such a bad experience. I asked for simple no mayo no sauce and I ordered a chicken burger and even double-checked with the staff member taking the order, but I still received the wrong one with BBQ sauce. They also charged $2 for tomato sauce. I asked for two single Bondi burgers, but I was given double Bondi instead. On top of that, one of the burgers was undercooked. It seems like there is confusion among the staff and poor management overall.
