Really disappointed with my experience today. I found a hair in my food after already eating most of it, which was pretty off-putting. When I spoke to the manager, the only solution offered was to remake the meal, which didn’t really help at that point. There was no offer of a refund or any other form of compensation. Best fast food restaurant in my opinion, food is amazing, staff is so nice especially Chloe who helped take a extremely long order because it was a family function she was calm great place and location
Yesterday I visited Oporto Bankstown Home Co and order 2 whole chicken with 2 family size chips and chilli sauces. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food. The chips portion did not appear to match the expected family size. Additionally, the chips were undercooked, lacked salt, and the overall taste was very poor. There were chilli sauces in the order which were missing too. I wouldn't recommend to everyone.
