We hired Omar to redo our front steps. We wanted them to be replaced with a set of concrete stairs. He was very warm and helpful when we signed the contract. However, we found him to be not as forthright once the deposit was given. The work started a month late, and I kept having to message him to find a start date. We reached out to OPM a few times regarding a job, left messages, and unfortunately didn’t hear back. I found their lack of responsiveness disappointing.
Even though I didn’t end up moving forward with the project, I had a great experience with Omar from OPM (Omar Property Maintenance). He came to my home to provide a quote for a concrete patio, and I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and transparency.
