I COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE! I'm a patient of Cindy's and her knowledge and skills have helped me at every visit. She has always been on time, has been available when I needed to see her and is never in a hurry to move me on to the next person. Her vast knowledge of the hearing aid market gives me security in knowing she has recommended the most appropriate device for me. Cindy is the BEST! OPL is most fortunate in having her on their professional staff!
Quality patient care, but horrible time management. I don't believe we have ever been seen on time. We have spent HOURS in the office for a single appointment with less than 15-30 minutes of provider/patient interaction.
Wait time is forever. No evening or Saturday appointments for hearing test so schedule does not work with working parents.
Wonderful experience! Would highly recommend Dr. Dorf!
