This place was the most kind and professional medical office I've ever been to. Miss Yuri was especially kind and very helpful, as I drove a long way to get to my appointment. And the radiologist Keaon was superb. I highly recommend them for business. They were awesome!
Called to make an appointment and whoever answered the phone clearly was having a bad day. I've never been spoken to so rudely by someone that is in the medical profession. Plenty of other imaging centers in the area. I'll move along. Thanks.
Actually nice and quick experience. I was referred here to do a Chest X-ray. When I got here, the lady at the front desk told me unfortunately, they don't do General X-ray and told me to go to another location. She helped me find the closest location and called over to make sure they were available to take X-ray walkin. Went to the other location and got it done within 40 minutes.
Absolutely most disorganized medical facility I’ve ever been to. Took months to get my test scheduled. They didnt call or fu to schedule appointment or relay information. I had to constantly call them to get test scheduled. The tech was less than welcoming arrived for actual test. Felt I was really bothering her by being there. Never sent results to my dr. even though I signed release and provided my dr contact information. Finally called to inquire and have results sent to my dr. They couldn’t find release I signed.
