Receptionist was wonderful. The techs need to give more assistance getting on and off bed. I had to ask for help.
The young ladies there were great, put me at ease. But the actual MRI is the worst. First and last time I hope.
I had my appointment Mon., 8/31/26 Staff was very nice. They were understandable and supportive to my nervousness.
I gave them a four out of five because I had to sit there for 10 minutes while no one was in the office to take care of me. I didn’t even know if there was anybody working there that day there wasn’t any other patients it was just me and I was sitting alone in the waiting room, waiting for somebody to come and check me in. I sat and sat and sat. That’s the only negative. I can say about the place otherwise the people are nice and everything went smoothly after that.
