Staff was nice and friendly! I had no problem during my MRI , the lady was very polite & made sure I was good at all times!
Nice facility. Was able to have Saturday MRI and have results for my doctor very quickly. Staff were very accommodating. Was little disappointed to have ear plugs in lieu of ear muffs to muffle sounds... Not as effective. But overall experience was good.
Front staff member was very friendly and helpful. The wait time was longer than it should have been. I arrived for my scheduled appointment a few minutes early as requested. However, there were people ahead of me to get scans. I’m not sure if this was an internal issue or external issue. Just felt disorganized.
