I used to prefer going to OPI for scans. Staff are friendly and they give you a free CD with images of your scans. Other places charge absurd amounts for those. However, now they don’t allow payment plans for scans. I’m not sure how they expect patients to pay hundreds of dollars all at once. The insurance industry/system in this country is troubled enough. The last thing we need is another company pretending to care about patients but just wanting money.
The staff were very professional, educated and kind. Thank you for a comforting experience.
