I’ve been going to OPI for almost 10 years. Van and staff are always welcoming, professional and provide exceptional service. Salon is comfortable and clean. I recommend OPI to anyone who asks me where to go for great manicure/pedicure experience.
Love this salon! I have been going for 3 years and won’t go anywhere else in Brantford. They listen to exactly what I want and always deliver. I also love that they know some of their customers by name and ask for updates on things like weddings, vacations, and family members.
Always friendly and accommodating! They do amazing work here. Best place for nails and pedicure
My sister and I went for our birthday to get a pedicures done. Lisa & Vince were incredible, they were very gentle and took their time without rushing. I would highly recommend this nail salon and if I could rate higher I would! Will be coming back! thank you for the amazing service!
Customer service at this salon is terrible, Van (manager ) needs some definite training on how to handle customers, she handled my issue very poorly also MOST of the staff need to more friendly they all look miserable, they don’t talk to you or make you feel welcome it’s like walking on egg shells every time you go in. I want to add to this review, I had a pedicure on May 8th 2025 and now i have an infected toe… please check that this salon has qualified technicians & use clean tools… at the doctors today getting it looked a... read more
