Always friendly and accommodating! They do amazing work here. Best place for nails and pedicure
My sister and I went for our birthday to get a pedicures done. Lisa & Vince were incredible, they were very gentle and took their time without rushing. I would highly recommend this nail salon and if I could rate higher I would! Will be coming back! thank you for the amazing service!
Customer service at this salon is terrible, Van (manager ) needs some definite training on how to handle customers, she handled my issue very poorly also MOST of the staff need to more friendly they all look miserable, they don’t talk to you or make you feel welcome it’s like walking on egg shells every time you go in. Went there last year for gel extensions and all nails but the thumbs broke within a week , went back thinking maybe just got a bad nail tech and same thing happens. Nails break off within a few days and it was from just normal day to day activities. Decided yesterday to go and give them a chance at a polish change on my natural nails and toes, $56 for polish change and they did a horrible job on my nails. They were nice, but as a teenager they think we won’t tip so it seemed as if they did a half job. they left nail polish all over my fingers, did not cut my cuticles and it looks super streaky on the sides of my nails. Also my nails are crooked and not shaped well. I will not be returning.
