I went in to get a fill, I obviously had someone new. I told her I needed a new tip as it was broken halfway across the nail bed. She trimmed the tip and then attempted to build it up with a piece of paper towel (which I was mortified with) I asked for a new tip and she put on an acrylic nail and placed it on the full bed of the nail but not before putting a layer of biogel on first.
