Staff is experienced and super nice!
We have been going to O4A for almost six years after our golden needed an lens replacement. The staff has always been super friendly and Dr. Gratzek has been very informative and spoils our golden with treats.
We had a very good visit and little Bobby was treated to some tasty treats, thanks :)
The staff and Dr were very kind and calming. We drove two hours to see this vet and will do it again in a heartbeat. We had brought in my son's emotional support dog so it was nerve racking to begin with. They are doing everything possible to treat her Glaucoma only removing eyes as a last resort ( she's already blind). Our regular vet went straight to "we need to remove her eyes". We were horrified. We were relieved that there were at least other options to try first. I wish they would open an office closer to San Luis Obis... read more
Dr Gratzek is amazing. She's very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and gets straight to the point. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They treat animals with kindness and respect. A wonderful clinic.
