I cant say anything about the doctors, but the staff is horrible!! The receptionist (Jared) and the nurse (Colin) were both rude and dismissive when I was in an emergency situation. After getting my doctor to fax over all the requested information, it took them over a week to even give me a call back. Ill never see a doctor here because getting through the staff is a horrendous experience.
Review is for 4th floor ophthalmology clinic: Actual surgeon is amazing. Explains everything, is personable, patient, knowledgeable, and makes sure his patients understand everything. This review is geared to the male resident which we had. His bedside manner is lacking, uses his phone during patient visits, dismissed patient and family concerns, and some of his info just contradicted the surgeon MD. Hospital visit $189.75 but I get a discount so it’s $132.82 Outpatient high mdm $454.70 so I guess they need all their knowledge to help with my dry eye.
