All the staff and Dr Gailitis were wonderful. Dr Gailitis performed bilateral cataract surgery on me and I am very pleased with the outcome. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and friendly. The office is very organized and clean. This is the 2nd time I've seen Dr. Rubin. She is extremely thorough in her examinations. Her staff also does a very thorough job doing a preliminary exam prior to seeing Dr. Rubin. Nothing but praise for them. I feel extremely confident that they take their jobs very seriously and do everything possible to make sure that they don't overlook anything. Would highly recommend!
Don't go to this office if you are in need of getting your record later. Aileen, the person you have to work with, is one of the rudest and nastiest individuals that I have ever encountered. I thank the person who tried to help me before putting her on the phone. Once she got on I realized why she did everything in her power to prevent me from having to talk to Aileen. I am sure these are excellent doctors but if the staff is horrible they should do something about it.

Dr Burks and his staff are phenomenal! On time for my appointments & great care for the Glaucoma he diagnosed me with. He takes the time to explain everything & I am so glad I found this office!
