Dr. Neamtu is a rock star. He is so knowledgeable & I wish he was my retna Dr. from the start.
Plan to be there a minimum of 2 hours. Dr Douglas is wonderful but the wait times are ridiculous. Staff aren’t very good at updating you on what’s going on and why there are such long waits either.
I met Dr. Harper and his assistant for the first time at 1109 Woodland. I have to admit, I was nervous at first but the hospitality of it all was a breath of fresh air. I thank you Dr. Harper and your team.
After my doctor left the practice I was seen by Dr. Neamtu from that point on. I am very happy with Dr. Neamtu and the entire staff. They do their best to make sure you are well informed with steps during the exam and explaining anything that you need clarified. While my previous doctor had a reputation by some, to be a bit terse in his patient interactions. (I never had a problem, but that was just me.)
