I called 3 times after I got home yesterday and again this morning to ask for a new prescription for my glasses. Nobody has gotten back to me yet.
Dr. Haller was a life saver. I had an urgent condition and his staff was able to book me for the same day. They warned me there would be a long wait, and along with other snafus, there was. The office was packed and the wait long but I witnessed professionalism and thoughtful orchestration by Dr. Haller’s entire team. After taking his advice I was well again the next day. Highly recommend.
