Dr. Haller was a life saver. I had an urgent condition and his staff was able to book me for the same day. They warned me there would be a long wait, and along with other snafus, there was. The office was packed and the wait long but I witnessed professionalism and thoughtful orchestration by Dr. Haller’s entire team. After taking his advice I was well again the next day. Highly recommend.
Dr. Chad Haller was excellent. He took the time to explain my eyelid issue clearly, gave me thoughtful treatment options, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. When I needed the procedure, he was professional, reassuring, and the outcome already looks much better. Highly recommend Dr. Haller for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring ophthalmologist.
I'm not a computer person and don't know if I'm doing this correctly but here it goes. Examination by Dr Haller and THE ENTIRE TEAM OF STAFF(special thanks to LAURA,,,I'm ♿ disabled was, as were ALL the staff very kind and patient .) at opthamology Associates OF Queens was absolutely AMAZING!!!. EVERYONE WAS SO VERY PROFESSIONAL ,RESPECTFUL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and COORDINATED....I was amazed and very impressed and told them so, now I'm able to tell all of you as well. Thanks again for everything everyone
