Doctor Kramer is okay but the front desk is a nightmare, shocking that the doctors don’t do something about it. They absolutely never answer the phone, rarely call you back and are never on top of what you ask. Last time I called 12 times in a day (no answer) as I needed urgent help…I ended up driving to the office to talk to the front desk and called their contact department as I got there and witnessed 2 of them just chatting to each other ignoring my call.
Dr Kramer is great ! The staff are very professional
