The receptionist here are miserable, so rude for absolutely no reason. And it’s terrible when you have to wait in the lobby for over an hour to be seen, and you just hear them complaining and being rude to patients over the phone. So unprofessional.
I never write bad reviews (really, you can look at my Google profile), but my experience here was so awful I had to write something to warn others. I recently developed a severe case of chronic dry eye that has severely impacted my daily functioning (including intense discomfort and impaired vision). After an initial consultation with Dr. Park, I was prescribed Miebo eye drops. I ended up having to wait 21 days to receive this treatment, due to the negligence of the staff. They had only one responsibility to me as a new client, and they immediately broke my trust. They miswrote the prescription on my eyedrops that I took every day. As a result, I temporarily lost my vision for a month and was unable to go outside due to being extremely sensitive to sunlight. There was no cure, just time.
