They had only one responsibility to me as a new client, and they immediately broke my trust. They miswrote the prescription on my eyedrops that I took every day. As a result, I temporarily lost my vision for a month and was unable to go outside due to being extremely sensitive to sunlight. There was no cure, just time. Irresponsible, negligent, and incapable of checking their work. If you want to keep your eyes, DO NOT GO HERE, or perhaps they will allow amateur mistakes to endanger you. Dr. Sarracino is an exceptional ophthalmologist. I see her every four months to monitor ocular hypertension so we can catch any signs of glaucoma as early as possible, and I always feel confident and well cared for under her supervision.
