I’ve been taking my mother to see Dr Hatch for years now she is wonderful we all love her, but last year I met Dr Gorovoy he is my new eye Dr. love him excellent bed side manners all round great office my favorite part about going there is the receptionist and I mean all the receptionist from Jennifer, Erika, Dawn, Tara and Jimmy I absolutely love how friendly and sweet they are I love them to pieces. Was just able to get an “emergency “ appointment for tomorrow morning but not without a lot of pleading with the receptionist Sara, who after thanking her, hung up without a word. Am a regular patient there, but we all deserve a little more courtesy. 1/17/2025 I had an excellent experience today beginning with my call first thing this morning requesting an appointment for today as I had something in my eye causing terrible irritation. I was referred to this office by another Opthalmologist. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and kindly by the Manager, Jennifer V. She was courteous, ethically professional, and went above and beyond to expedite my appointment and concerns in a timely fashion, without any hesitation. I was extremely impressed, as it's very seldom you find integrity and genuine care from any of the office staff in any medical related office. Dr. Gorovoy is excellent, however, the technician/assistant I saw for the first time today is extremely rude and unprofessional. It is one thing to be having a bad day, it is another to take it out on the patients. There is no logical explanation for her behavior unless she is trying to get fired. She is a very unfortunate addition to this practice.
Dr. G saved the vision in my mother's right eye with surgery. He was very kind.
