Dr. E was very thorough in explaining all my options before my cataract surgery. Everyone on her staff that I met with was professional and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable . The surgery was easy and went exactly as she had explained. She even called the evening after my surgery to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend Dr. E and her staff.
Dr. Alice Epitropoulos is the best. I have been dealing with severe dry eye for nearly 3 years. My previous Ophthalmology group gave up on my condition. Thankfully, a friend suggested seeing Dr. Epitropoulos. She actually cares, is professional, experienced, kind and never gives up. I was referred to Dr. Alice Epitropoulos by my wonderful retiring ophthalmologist. He did not hesitate a second to recommend Dr. Epitropoulos, whom he said was an outstanding and highly respected ophthalmologist in Columbus.He also told me that Dr.E is well known for treating dry eye conditions. I have a lot of trouble with dry eye tearing. Dr. E prescribed daily eye drops and an eye gel. I was amazed at how quickly the eyes responded. Fantastic treatment she provided. It's was very scary to thinkof eye cutting but she made the surgeries a pieceful event. No pain whatsoever. All workers were great as well. I should hsve done my cataracts years ago.
I could not be more pleased with my cataract surgery! The difference is absolutely remarkable. I had no idea how much clarity and experience of colors I had lost. Everyone was so professional and kind and the Doc could not have been better. Wonderful experience. Can't wait to get the 2nd eye done.
