I cannot thank DejAne’ enough for the care and professionalism she showed me. Working in healthcare myself, I know how tough front-desk roles can be, especially over the phone. She remained kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What could have been overwhelming was handled smoothly and clearly because she took the time to listen and explain everything. DejAne’ truly cares about patients, and it shows. She is outstanding at what she does.
My experience was confusing. It really felt like I was just a piece on an assembly line. the billing was awful. I had to pay prior to service and then had to pay more to others. Meanwhile, waiting for a refund from the surgical center. It should not have been so confusing. Plus my doctor was arrogant and condescending.
I love that Dr Verb is very attentive and the staff is friendly and professional
