They took the time to thoroughly assess my mom’s situation and, rather than pushing surgery, were honest and thoughtful about what would — and would not — deliver the results she was hoping for. That level of integrity and patient-centered care is rare and deeply appreciated. The entire staff was professional, kind, and respectful throughout the visit. We left feeling informed, reassured, and grateful for their honesty.
This is an update to my review from one year ago. Dr Perman has done my lower lid surgery and all is well. His office staff provided support and encouragement. I would recommend them! This is an update to my last review. Dr. Perman and his staff are caring and so very helpful. The Fairfax office is comfortable and there is a parking garage. I highly recommend them!
