Dr Perman and staff are competent, caring professionals. My experience with this practice has been excellent with attentive and also timely care. I had out-patient surgery with a local, and Dr Perman played music to help me relax. My procedure was very successful thus far, and should I have another reason to seek an ocular plastic surgeon, Dr Perman will be my choice. I am grateful to have him on my team.
