I bought 3 lanes of refurbished equipment from OER and was very happy with the quality of the work. One chair had a small issue and Dwain was back in two days two day to swap it out. Over all I'm very please.
I had Dwain fix a fundus camera for me. It lasted for 75 pictures. He would not fix it. He does not stand behind his work. Do not do business with him.
