THIS WAS THE WORST EYE EXAM EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! AFTER I CHECKED IN I WAITED 45 MINUTES IN ONE WAITING ROOM BEFORE I WAS CALLED IN TO WAIT IN ANOTHER WAITING ROOM FOR OVER 2 HOURS. I WAS FINALLY TAKEN IN AND THE TECHNICIAN DOING MY MEDICAL WAS SO INCOMPETENT. I HAD TO WALK OUT OF THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I HAD ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AT 5 PM IN BROWNSVILLE. MY APPOINTMENT AT THIS CLINIC HAD BEEN SCHEDULED AT 1 PM. I CAME BACK A WEEK LATER AND WAS REQUIRED TO FILL OUT ALL THE PAPER WORK AGAIN BECAUSE IT WAS NOW JANUARY PL... read more
Can never get anyone to answer phone. The wait times are Ungodly. I wish we had more choices in the valley!!!
