It has been 13 days since my eye exam and I still haven't received a written prescription for eye glasses despite 2 follow-up calls. The Dr. I saw left for the day without leaving a prescription for me. The desk staff advised they would mail the next business day. Last time I confirmed the office had my correct address and they did. The office response is simply to say, we mailed it and you should have gotten it!!! It doesn't not concern them that I have not received the prescription. So frustrating.
