I came to this office several years ago and had a not so good experience, however recently I saw Dr. Narula and had a great one! I was seen almost immediately, waiting 5 minutes max before I was called in. My tech, Sana, was so so sweet and explained every test and step clearly. She was very friendly and made the experience super smooth and relaxed. Dr. Narula is clearly very knowledgeable, put any concerns I had right at ease, and explained every exam and test she would do. My visit with Dr. Liebergall was exceptional - easy service, seen on time, and a great doctor that made me feel supported as I navigated new challenges in eyesight. I felt he really made an effort to get to know me and make feel comfortable, while receiving top quality care in true reasonable timeframes. Looking forward to my next visit!
Absolutely the worst customer service, front desk is beyond rude, hours on hold and get a hold of someone place is running like a zoo
Friendly, concise attention from receptionist to physician. Facility is in an easy to access area, the office is clean.
