It has been years ago since I been DR. Swami patient due to moving. DR. Swami and staff are amazing! I am very thankful. I was having eye issues & I remember calling the office and leaving message after office was already closed, DR. Swami called me back I remember crying in pain, he & staff met me at office that very day!! Thank you DR. Swami. Blessings to you!!
My wife recent interaction with them was incredibly disappointing due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of their secretary over the phone. What truly shocked us was her lack of basic respect and courtesy. I believe that every customer, especially those seeking medical care, deserves to be treated with kindness and empathy. Unfortunately, the secretary's behavior was far from empathetic. She displayed a complete lack of understanding or empathy for my wife concerns and needs.
