The front desk staff and Sofiya (who did the first half of my appointment) were AMAZING!!! I felt so comfortable and heard. However; when I actually saw the doctor (who the office had rescheduled my appointment with, I did NOT choose the doctor) Dr. Razkalla - he pretty much dismissed my concerns and told me I needed to see another doctor. (I waited 2 years for this appointment). I was pretty much told to follow up with someone else about my issues and felt patronized the whole time.
