Good thing was they took my husband in as an emergency Other then that TERRIBLE waiting 3 days for a antibiotic that should have been given the day he was seen. The dr.’s were actually great as well so I guess my problem with this office is the front desk staff
I have gone to this practice since I was in 2nd grade. I have always had a positive experience with my Drs and the two ladies that have been in the optical for quite some time have always been more than sweet and helpful. My issue is with the office staff. The way I was last spoken to by an office member, after much thought, has made me decide to go elsewhere.

Better customer service and addition of emergency slots!
After waiting 3 weeks for my appointment, I’m told when I check in that they don’t accept my “type” of vision insurance. Wasted!
I was diagnosed with lupus,waited 1 1/2 months for appointment,got there and didn't accept my insurance when I scheduled appointment they assured me they did. So now after waiting almost 2 months for an appointment,I'm back to square one
From the cheerful receptionists to the assistants to the doctors, everyone is friendly and helpful. Their rofessionslism is top notch and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
