Beautiful bay front location with lovely ambiance, fabulous food and excellent service . We were fortunate to dine there as the full moon illuminated the water .... so romantic and spectacular!
My boyfriend and I loved this spot! The setting is beautiful. The staff works very hard to accommodate your personal preferences. We sat at a table facing the water and it was absolutely gorgeous. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Ophelias is a little pricey, but make no mistake... Worth every penny.
Beautiful setting ....so tranquil, yet lots to see as boats pass, Ospreys tend their nest, fish jump out of the water, sea birds fly overhead, clouds and sky swirl their colors. Elegant, to suit the view, but not stuffy. We celebrated our adult daughter's visit with delicious small plates: she ordered crunchy kale/Brussels sprouts salad with strawberries, Gorgonzola and balsamic vinegarette; my husband had steak tartare; and I ordered escargot with an Ophelia's touch. We have driven by many times but never went inside,and then my husband surprised me for my birthday with a party. We had a delicious meal with a table on the water. It was a magical evening and will be back very soon!
Too bad I can't give my usual stellar review complete with photos!! It was pedestrian at best. Normally 'expensive but worth it' is my opinion, but if you're going to charge $200+ for dinner for four you need to step up your game! Overdone steak & rubbery grouper which had obviously been sitting under a warmer WAY too long. The service was horrendous. Quite sure that after serving our appetizers we were forgotten about.
