Great gym and trainers! Clean and conveniently located. I hadn’t been in a gym or lifted in a couple decades. PJ (owner/coach) tailored a program specific to my goals. If you want to get started and don’t know how, this is it! No judgment or intimidation at OPEX, just good people all working toward their personal health and fitness goals.
I’ve been working with Devin since July, and the progress I’ve made in my strength and overall health has been incredible. We meet monthly to discuss my goals and assess how the plan is working, and he’s always ready to adjust it to ensure I’m on track. What I truly appreciate about him is how personable and invested he is in my success. I can always count on him to help with my form and offer practical tips to maximize each exercise. I worked out at OPEX Round Rock for a couple of years and had the best experience! I can’t say enough good things about the coaches, the gym, the people, and the programming. Now that I moved out of Texas, I started working out remotely with Coach PJ and it’s been so great. It’s been easy to stay consistent and get results!
