After the nurse for my intake appointment was late, I called the day before to ensure they had the proper paperwork for Veterans Affairs and any technical glitches were worked out. The day of the appointment, the psychologist was almost 20 min late and had no idea what he was doing in regards to the VAC paperwork. Very unprofessional, especially when dealing with people withental health issues. Would NOT recommend.

No, no, no, no, no. Professional standards. I had an appointment booked after speaking at length and detail in a telephone conversation. I did not receive an agreed email confirming the appointment. Fast forward and I call to confirm the date of the appointment and they have no record of anything. The representative who answered the phone said she would send an email to "the team" and call me back when she finds something out. I have not received a phone call. This is just not acceptable. Waited an extended period for an appointment, had the first one rescheduled and new doctor assigned after 3 months of waiting, that's normal with mental health. 6 days prior to the rescheduled appointment I was informed via voice-mail that this appointment is canceled, not rescheduled. I have my doubts on their ability to treat serious problems if scheduling an intake appointment is this cumbersome.
