The plus side is they will get done what they say they will get done. The down side is that it will not get done on any sort of timeframe they agreed to. Don't bother even trying to call into their help desk. I have tried to call over 20 times in the past 2 weeks and have had someone answer on the other end of the line a whopping total of zero times.
