Absolutely disgraceful service. I had asked the owner if they would be capable of cleaning a 1 floor condo. Upon their agreeance, i had then sent them the location. After 24 hours; i re-arrive at my humble abode (my condo) only to see that there was 10 pounds worth of dog hair strewn about my room. This is unacceptable, as i do not even own a dog. The only thing they had cleaned successful, is my refrigerator. It was empty and vacant of all its food. Bravo: one star.
