Such a wonderful place doing amazing things to help keep the pet population down. Staff is always friendly and caring. Sanitary and an overall great experience any time I've been there. Love you guys!
I was there today and did not witness anything unclean/disgusting by any of the staff, who are always personable, courteous and willing to help any animal or person. No one "tells" someone to use the facility as Maggs stated below. If they did it was because they wanted to save her money on a procedure her vet would charge her way more. The money she saved, she can use to buy her pet extra treats. Would recommend this facility to any individual, rescue or family member. Great job OP.
Hats off to Operation Pets. Great staff and caring people. Prince Louie is home after his procedure. He will be back to his old self in no time.
Couldn't have been more pleased with the attention to detail these folks give - everything from the facility to the quality of the personnel, education of the clients, care they give to the animals and the overall cost of their services. ERNIE came through the neutering process well and he's resting tonight.
