Operation Open Arms is one of the best programs around! They truly care about all who are involved. Their love, compassion and genuineness sets them apart from all foster/adoption agencies!!! OOA is a wonderful and committed organization. They provide a service to birth parents and foster parents alike that I've never seen anywhere else. They are a small agency which means they truly know each client, and are available when needs come up. Incredible agency, and I'd highly recommend them to any birth parent needing support for themselves or their children, and for any potential foster parents looking for where to foster. This is the place to go!
