I met with Kristine recently when dealing with a few breastfeeding concerns. She answered my call promptly, I was able to get an appointment with her quickly, and she was kind, warm and helpful. She gave me several suggestions on how to improve my pumping set up and made sure i knew she was available to text or email any other questions. I ran into more issues recently and sent her some urgent messages, which she went out of her way to help me with. I really appreciate her compassionate care for BF mamas.
I am very disappointed in my experience with Operation Lactation. I paid $150 for a breastfeeding consultation and received no support or help with breastfeeding, but received an hour and a half lecture. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.
