Excellent customer service! My service guys were Keith & Payton. They were Friendly, Professional & Answered all my questions honestly. They did a Great Job in helping us Figure what was going on with our Sewer line. Will Definitely be using them again!
I used operataion drains for several jobs on my rental properties, and the service was very erratic. One time they were decent and THE NEXT Four HORRIBLE. After three tries and almost $1,00. in fees to fix a problem they are fired. The worst was the billing ..sending to the wrong address, not giving credit when paid, not returning responses, and very rude costomer service. A huge dissappointment.

I was very pleased with the work! Operation Drains sent Warren to do the job, which not only included removing the fixtures, but cutting through the drywall so that he could recess the existing plumbing into the wall. He was polite and patient when I asked him questions and explained what I wanted done. The plumbing for the hose bib had to be recessed because we are putting in a pedestal sink. He got the job done and cleaned up his mess. I'm very happy.
