Doesn’t care about quality of service. Many damages when moving. Uses untrained temp workers because they don’t compensate their own employees well enough to retain them. Upper management mistreats the staff. Any other company would be better. 4 star rating is much too high for this company.

They only sell to businesses so I was not allowed to try any office chair. This is understandable as I was trying to buy a chair for myself. It was suggested I go to west elm or Room and Board to try out steelcase chairs.

We are a private school that owns a lot of furniture we've purchased through Open Square. One issue is that the particular furniture we ordered is poorly designed (which may or may not be their fault). The bases and wheels don't stand up to a lot of moving, and parts bend or come loose that can't then be unbent. When base screws come loose, the fitting inside the welded base fall off and then the screw can't be reinserted and tightened.
