I had a great experience buying my truck. It’s easy to have great service when everything goes right. You can tell how much people care when things go wrong. I had an issue pop up after I bought it that no one could figure out. The Open Source team went out of their way to make it right. They took the time to work through the problem. They were upfront and honest with me the entire time. I’m very happy with how it worked out!
Continuing my review from last week. The second opinion came back with 5k in critical things that need to be replaced on my car. Need a new radiator and Alternator. Cable to the battery is destroyed from corrosion. Not including new brakes that need to be done. Both mechanics said there is so much rust there is no way this wasnt present 12 months ago. Vehicle was as described, no surprises. Transaction was simple and fast for an out of state buyer. Would definitely buy from them again.
